The hotel is located in a modern development, the Media Park. The location is a quiet area: mainly apartments, offices and restaurants. It is a short walk to the Cathedral, Main Railway Station and the shops (about a 15 to 20 minute walk). My room was at the back of the hotel overlooking a park. It was a quiet room which was ideal. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was excellent: cereals, fruit, breads and rolls, cooked breakfast, pastries, coffee, tea, etc.

This hotel made our stay in Cologne even better. Upon arrival, hotel staff allowed us to check in early. Once we made it to our room, we were shocked at the size of the room and the great view of the park and the tower that it came with. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very modern and left us very impressed. Breakfast was as good, with lots of choice - it made for a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is ideal. The media park is quiet at night, but has a resounding feel of safety. The property is close to restaurants and cafes, very close to transport stations, and there were plenty of e-scooters around which are great to explore the city.

Visited Cologne at the tail end of our honeymoon and the hotel and staff was everything we needed. The breakfasts on each day of our stay was fresh and a decent variety. We also liked that the breakfast was open till later on the weekends. The rooms were super clean as I’ve always come to expect with NH Hotels and the staff were great. Issam, at reception, was especially amazing when we went down to checkout as he extended our checkout time free of charge without us even asking for an extension once he found out our flights weren’t till 9.30pm! That was super helpful. The hotel location is also great as we could walk to all the hotspots in Cologne and could even take the train from the nearby station if we felt lazy. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Cologne.

The hotel is really nice and modern, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff is very cordial and polite - we were checked in and out by Issam, who was very pleasant, gave us some tips about the city and helped us with everything we needed. Delicious breakfast is a plus!

Parking Clear signage leads straight to the hotel and elevator and directly to the reception .... We arrived late at night, we were received with a smile, courtesy, professionalism, the bar was open offered a drink at the expense of the house ..... The room was large and spacious, sparkling clean, well equipped, Coffee machine, and electric kettle, spacious bathroom convenient to use and everything needed, quality soaps, wonderful feeling .. The bed was super comfortable, the linens were ironed and smell wonderful, breakfast excellent selection and courteous service, when leaving the hotel at reception again great attitude, professionalism , And a smile with courtesy, thank you very much to everyone who took care of us at the entrance and departure, we will recommend and return to stay at the hotel ..

Good location, just a short walk away from the main centre. There’s some nice restaurants within the media park. Short walking distance to the underground. The room was spacious and clean, a very comfy bed and a rain shower. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, willing to help when I had left an item in my room after checking out hours before.

Breakfast was very good, variety of food with a good presentation and quality. The floor staff was very kind and always ready to serve the customer. The Hotel was in perfect condition and clean. The room was clean. The Hotel is quiet and has a good location, no more than 25 minutes walking from the Cathedral. It is located in a new area, with a beautiful small lake and with a variety of restaurants and other services close.
